Squats and Press Up's are among two of the best ways to strengthen your whole body. Better yet, you can do them anywhere, anytime. The challenge consists of performing 50 Squats and 50 Press Up's everyday. It doesn't matter which variation your perform as long as it is challenging to you as an individual. You can breakdown the total number as much as you would like, you could also perform them throughout the day or all at one time. It's completely up to you! No equipment is required. However, if you’d like to increase the intensity you may add free weights or a band around your thighs / back for the exercises.
