100 Mile Cycling Plan
This training plan, designed for a 100-mile sportive, helps you meet your goals, whether completing your first century or targeting a specific time. It uses a polarised model incorporating strength, endurance, and threshold work, with an 11% weekly increase in intensity and duration. The plan peaks in week ten before a two-week taper, ensuring recovery and readiness for your event.
JOGLE Cycling Plan - John O'Groats to Lands End
Our training plan, designed for the demands of a 100-mile sportive and full-distance triathlon, will prepare you for your JOGLE/LEJOG event, whether you're aiming to complete your first century or achieve a specific time. Proven by Coach Chris’s 8-day, 100-mile daily ride, the periodised programme uses a polarised model to build strength, endurance, and threshold, with an 11% weekly increase in load, peaking in week ten before a two-week taper.
