Lateral Ankle Avulsion Fracture Rehabilitation Programme

An avulsion ankle fracture occurs when a bone fragment is pulled off by a ligament or tendon, often due to a twisting or rolling motion. Our 12-week rehabilitation programme, divided into three phases, supports recovery by reducing pain and swelling, improving range of motion, strengthening muscles, and restoring full function. The programme includes specific exercises for each phase: initial healing, gradual weight-bearing and ROM improvement, and strengthening with functional activities.

Plantar Fasciitis Rehabilitation Programme

The Plantar Fasciitis Rehabilitation Programme is a structured 12-week plan to help you recover from plantar fasciitis. It includes three phases: Acute (Weeks 0-2) for pain and inflammation reduction with basic stretches; Subacute (Weeks 2-6) for healing and mobility with advanced stretches and balance exercises; and Rehabilitation (Weeks 7-12) for strengthening and stability with progressive exercises. Designed by experts, it offers a comprehensive approach with clear instructions, effective for all fitness levels, and provides long-term pain relief and prevention.
