Beginner Olympic Distance Triathlon

This plan is for beginner triathletes seeking a structured, low-volume Olympic distance programme, starting at 6 hours per week and peaking at 11 hours by Week 11.

Hybrid Beginner Olympic Distance Triathlon

This plan is for beginner triathletes needing a structured, low-volume approach to Olympic distance training. You should be able to swim and run for 45 minutes, cycle for 60 minutes, and do 4-6 hours of aerobic exercise weekly before starting. Weekly volume begins at 6 hours and peaks at 11 hours in Week 11.
